Marc McBride
Chief Executive Officer
Although Mr. McBride began working with the Company during the early 1970s, he started full time as a Journeyman Electrician in Wichita, Kansas in 1977. In 1984, McBride assumed the role as the Company's President, which operated 6 branches in 4 states and had revenue of approximately $10 million. He led the Company's corporate office move to San Diego in 1985 and continued to serve as President until 2002, when he became Chief Executive Officer. McBride received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1977. McBride holds Masters Electrical Licenses in the states of California, Colorado and Arizona and holds a Journeymans Electrical License in the state of Colorado. He has also been involved in numerous trade associations including serving as the chairman of the California Board of Directors of WECA-IEC (Independent Electrical Contractors Association). He was a member of The Executive Committee (TEC) from 1996-2003 and served on the Santa Fe Christian High School Board of Directors from 2003-2006. McBride has been married since 1978 and has two sons.

Mike McBride
Executive Vice President
Mr. McBride began his career at the Company following his graduation from the University of Kansas in 1979, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Having grown up in the "trades", McBride has first-hand knowledge of field troubleshooting, sales and estimating, and branch leadership roles. He was responsible for the development of M-Power including the building of a network of electrical service providers that today numbers more than 1,500 independent companies across the United States. McBride was an active member of The Executive Committee (TEC) from 1998-2003. He has been married since 1978 and has one son and one daughter.

David DiLoreto
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. DiLoreto joined McBride as an apprentice electrician in March of 1975 after working at another electrical firm for three years. DiLoreto has served McBride in several capacities through the years and was responsible for opening the Houston office in 1979 where he served as General Manager. In 1995 he became the National Operations Officer for the Company and was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2002. DiLoreto is a member of Vistage (formerly TEC International), holds a Master Electrician certification in Texas, and attended University of Phoenix. DiLoreto has been married since 1972 and has three adult children.
